Please note that deliveries to addresses in rural areas may take longer.
All orders are delivered by DHL and must be signed for on receipt. DHL usually delivers between 9:00 and 18:00 on weekdays. For deliveries during the day, you can specify an alternative delivery address when ordering, for example the address of your place of work (recommended).

TAXES/DUTIES
All deliveries within the European Union are made on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. Taxes and duties are therefore included in the final price.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All orders can be tracked on our website. The estimated delivery time does not take into account possible delays due to payment authorization and/or products out of stock. Deliveries to PO boxes are not possible.

GUIDELINES AND FIRST ORDERS

For security reasons, IGKU reserves the right to deliver first orders to the cardholder’s verified billing or work address. To avoid delivery delays, please provide the correct billing and shipping information associated with your credit/debit card when placing your order.

INSURANCE
Your purchase is insured during shipping and until delivery by Acne Studios. Some orders must be signed for on delivery, at which point liability for delivery passes to you. If you have named someone other than yourself as the recipient of the delivery, you accept the signature of this third party as sufficient proof of delivery and fulfillment of the order by IGKU.
