Personalized products are made on request and delivered after the end of the production period. Delivery times may vary. It is not possible to exchange/return a personalized item.

Detailed information on your 14-day right of return can be found in the returns policy on the website. This section explains your statutory right of withdrawal.
You have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund if you notify us in writing, as explained in point (2), that you are exercising this right of withdrawal no later than seven working days (i.e. excluding weekends and public holidays) from the first day after receipt of your ordered item. To exercise this right of withdrawal, please proceed as follows:

Please note that if you fail to handle the returns with due care or if you fail to return the goods, we are entitled to claim damages from you for the associated losses.
If the items are faulty or do not match the descriptions given on the website, we will refund the value of your order for these items. For more information on how to proceed with returns, please refer to the Returns Policy on the website.
For your own security, we recommend an insured return shipment with tracking.
Please note that there is no right to cancel customized products. Occasionally, orders are canceled in whole or in part by our system for various reasons. The reasons include:

– Item(s) is/are not available

– Difficulties in processing your payment information

– Shipping to specified address not possible

– Double order

If your order is canceled by us, you will receive an e-mail with a reason for this cancellation. Canceled items will not be invoiced. If you are alternatively interested in other products, please contact our customer service via e-mail or Whatsapp (+49 177 85 83 583) for recommendations.


As soon as you have placed your order, your account will be debited with the order amount. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us so that we can issue a refund to your account.

You can pay with Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard or American Express. Visa and Mastercard payments are verified with a security code. As soon as you have placed your order, the purchase amount will be charged to your card.
